Set in the unspoiled Tuscan countryside, Podere Cafaggio is an historic stone farmhouse where the charm of tradition meets modern comfort.
Surrounded by a large private park of centuries-old cypresses, olive trees and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, it is the ideal place for those seeking tranquillity, silence and nature.
Here every day begins with birdsong and ends with extraordinary sunsets, when the sky lights up in golden hues and the sound of cicadas accompanies summer evenings. These are emotions no photograph can truly capture.
The interiors retain all the warmth of traditional Tuscan farmhouses. The large living room with fireplace is the heart of the villa: a welcoming space to gather after a day among the sea, villages and vineyards. The fully equipped professional kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, large fridge and everything you need to cook, lets you enjoy your holiday in complete freedom.
The estate can host up to 16 guests and features: 5 double bedrooms, one of which is fully accessible for guests with disabilities; 1 independent apartment that can accommodate up to four people. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, a professional hairdryer and a courtesy kit.
